Baker College provides a secure online environment for students to make a payment using a third party credit card, such as MI Works or an employer credit card. Students paying all, or a portion, of their tuition using an outside funding source must pay those funds separately from a regular tuition payment in order to ensure the payment is accurately credited as a third party payment.
Students Making a Third Party Payment
Important Notes:
- This Online Payment Method is for Business Credit Card Payments ONLY (ex: MI Works or Employer Cards)
- Verify the Balance Due PRIOR to Processing the Payment
- Review your Account Statement
- The amount due for the third party payment will be listed in the Account Summary section of the statement under, Anticipated Third Party Total.
- Get the Balance Information by Clicking the Submit a Ticket Button on this article
- Request the third party balance for the semester and you will receive a ticket response with the total amount due.
You can make a third party payment toward your student account balance in the following way:

Choose the AR Miscellaneous Category

Under "Third Party Payments", Enter the Total Payment Amount

Upon successful completion of the payment a receipt will be emailed to the email provided during the payment transaction.
Continue to review your account statement or submit a ticket each semester you are approved for third party funding so that an accurate balance amount can be used for the processing of your payment.
Agencies Making a Third Party Payment
Baker College provides a secure online environment for our business partners/agencies to make a payment for student charges covered with third party funds, using a credit or debit card.
You can make a third party payment for student charges in the following way:
