Default Delivery Method
Baker College delivers form 1098-T electronically. Students wishing to receive a paper copy can opt out of electronic delivery on the MyBaker 1098-T Delivery Method Page.
Updating Student Records
Opting out of electronic delivery of the 1098-T form will result in a paper copy of the form being mailed to the current address on record at Baker College.
Students can update their address, and other contact information with Baker College, on MyBaker.
Electronic Delivery
Please note, electronic copies of the 1098-T form are still available to students that have opted out of the electronic delivery method by the following access point:

Hardware & Software Requirements
- A computer or other device with an internet connection
- A monitor or other device to view the 1098-T form, using your internet browser
- A current internet web browser:

- You should always use the most current version of your preferred browser. Your browser will notify you if there is a new version available.
- Access to a computer operating system that can support these functions and software, and that has sufficient storage space for you to save the 1098-T form for later reference or an installed printer to print the form.
Paper Copies of Form 1098-T
Electronic copies of the 1098-T form remain available for 5 years, following the reporting year. Students not enrolled with Baker College, who no longer have access to the online student portal, will not have access to their electronic 1098-T form. Requests for paper copies of these forms may be submitted to billing@baker.edu or mailed to: Baker College Accounts Receivable Processing Center, 1020 S. Washington St., Owosso, MI 48867.
Opting out of electronic delivery applies to the current year 1098-T (forms printed on or before January 31st of the current reporting year) and to any future year 1098-T forms. A student can opt back into an electronic delivery method through the same means that they opted out of electronic delivery.
