Events are scheduled using the 25 Live application. 

Search for the Room Number you are interested in booking under "Locations".

Click the Availability button to find out what has been previously booked in this room.

Check with someone at your campus that has access to manage these events. Request that they reserve your timeslot on the 25 Live system. Equipment available may be limited in certain rooms.

Request assistance with IT in advance with any needs.
