Adding an Authorized User/Payer

Students can authorize other individuals to access their student portal records for the purpose of viewing/printing documents and making payments.  Follow the steps below to add an authorized user/payer to your account.

Adding an Authorized User/Payer from the My Account Page

Click the Send a Payer Invitation Link from the My Account Page on the Student Portal.

Payer Invitation window pops up on the right-hand side of the screen. Enter the authorized user/payer information.

Select the Payer Access permission levels, enter a customized message, and click Send Invitation.

An email invitation with a pin and temporary password is sent to the individual invited as an authorized user/payer. The authorized payer then sets up his or her own password and can log-in, using his or her own credentials, to view the information he or she has been given permission to view or to make a payment on the account.

The Authorized User/Payer now has access to view any documents the student has granted permission to view, set up payment arrangements on the student’s behalf, or to make a payment on the account.

Editing an Authorized User/Payer

From the My Account Page on the Student Portal select the pencil icon to edit an existing authorized user/payer.

From the Payers window you can edit the authorized user/payer's permissions, remove them, or resend an invitation.

Adding an Authorized User/Payer from the Overview Page

You can add your first authorized user/payer from the Overview Page.

Once you click “Send a payer invitation” the enrollment steps from this page are the same as from the Profile Screen.
