Thank you for your interest in becoming a Peer Mentor at Baker College! This is a rewarding opportunity to build meaningful connections, enhance your resume, and make a lasting impact—all while working remotely within the Baker College community.
The Peer Mentor Program is a virtual program that allows mentors and mentees to connect each week via email and virtual call (Zoom, Facetime, ETC.) Mentors can expect 3-5 hours of virtual work per week in this paid position. Hours could include meetings with the mentor team and advisor, weekly emails to mentees, virtual social events, and hourly calls with their mentors. Mentors will be paired with a maximum of 2 mentees. The Peer Mentor program is a year long experience.
