EMPS enables Baker College to effectively manage and secure our printing environment, while promoting sustainability. We've added devices and software at all of our campuses in order to provide our students with a more robust and modern technology. Students will now have the ability to scan and email attachments, at no cost, to their Baker College email address or jump drive directly from a Multi-Function Device (MFD).
All MFD printing will require everyone to swipe their Baker College ID card through the card reader installed on or near the MFD. When you're ready to print and standing at the MFD, you must swipe your Baker College ID card to release your jobs from the print queue. Your documents remain on a secure print server for 24 hours before they're automatically purged for your protection.
To view your Enterprise Managed Print Login ID, you must be logged in to the MyBaker User Account Information page.
