As of 10/31/2025, Microsoft will no longer be offering the Office 365 A1 Plus license. This is the license that allows installs of Microsoft Office products on personal devices and use Office Online in a web browser.
Current students and employees will continue under the Microsoft 365 A3 license and see no changes.
Alumni users of Microsoft Office will be impacted by this change and lose access to these services while using a Baker College account.
While Baker College IT does not provide support for personal software and accounts, and it does not endorse any specific software, what follows are some free alternatives.
