Signing in to TeamDynamix

After signing in to the TDX Client Portal, click your name in the upper right corner and click TDNext.

This will take you to your default TDX desktop.

Creating a Desktop in TDX

Click on the +New Desktop button at the top of your page. This button will only be available on the TDX site.

If you are using the App and have not made or been assigned a Desktop, you will see something like this.

After clicking that, the screen to name your Desktop will appear. You can name it what works best for you. (For example, John's Desktop, Greg's Desktop, etc.)

Modifying a Desktop in TDX

There will be plenty of choices for you when you start to edit your TDX Desktop. Click on edit and you will see a variety of different layout options.

We will leave it at 50-50. You will be able to assign the Tickets you want to see in each column. Search for what you want to see in your available content, then click and drag the ones you would like to see in each column. After you have what you want in the column, click save, then close the Edit Desktop window and return to your TDX Page.

After returning to your TDX Page, refresh the page, and click on the drop-down list for your desktops. You will then click on the Desktop that you created for yourself.

Your Desktop will then change to the one that you have made. If you would like to edit the desktop in the future, click on the Edit Desktop button and it will let you edit the desktop that you are currently in.

Managing Desktops in TDX

 To manage your TDX Desktops, click on the cog button. (gear next to desktop name)

The picture below shows you what it looks like when you go into Manage Desktops. You can see an entire list of your desktops on your account. You can set your default desktop and delete desktops that you would no longer use. (Only if system administrators do not manage it)
