Gender Identity Form
MyBaker students and alumni can update their contact information and gender identity from the Student Personal Information page (login required).
This page can also be accessed from either the Student mega menu or the Alumni mega menu by navigating to the Information Technology tab on the left, then clicking My Personal Information on the right.
The Student Personal Information page can also be accessed from the Student OneStop page using the Quick Navigation.
The gray My Personal Information box on the left displays the data we have on file for you in our database. If any of this information is incorrect, you can easily update it by using the appropriate Contact and Personal Information Changes forms on the right.
Changes to Campus/Display Name, Legal Name, or Legal Gender need to be submitted as a ticket by using the Submit Student Legal Update Request button. Changes to Legal Name or Legal Gender require that supporting documentation be attached to the ticket.

Each of the contact information forms has a required Baker Employee question. You must select a response before continuing.

If you are a Baker College employee, click the Yes button, even if you are also a Baker student.
Employees should not use any of the student contact forms to update their information. All employee updates must be done through the isolved employee portal. A link to the isolved employee portal is provided on the form for your convenience and will open in a separate web browser tab.

If you are not employed by Baker College, please click the No button. The form fields will then display for completion.

Your First Name and Last Name are automatically pulled into the form and they are read-only. You have the option to change your Legal / Home / Permanent Address Information and/or your Primary Phone Information on this form. If your Primary Phone is also your Cell Phone, you will also need to update your Cell Phone record using the Cell Phone Update Form. (You must be logged into MyBaker to complete the form.)
To back out of the form without making any changes, click the Cancel button at the bottom.

Once you have completed the form, you will see a confirmation message. You can then click the link to be taken back to the My Personal Information page, or just wait a few seconds and you will be automatically redirected to the page.

Once you are back on the My Personal Information page, you will see the updates just completed.

Cell Phone Update
Your First Name and Last Name are automatically pulled into the form and they are read-only. Enter your phone information in the Cell Phone Information section. Indicate whether you are a Baker Employee or Student. Click the appropriate Update button to submit the form.
To back out of the form without making any changes, click the Cancel button at the bottom.

Once you have completed the form, you will see a confirmation message. You can then click the link to be taken back to the My Personal Information page, or just wait a few seconds and you will be automatically redirected to the page.

Once you are back on the My Personal Information page, you will see the updates just completed.

Providing a Personal Email Address allows Baker College to continue to communicate with you when you are no longer a current student or employee.
Upon clearance for graduation, you will automatically become a member of the Baker College Alumni Community (BCAC) and receive communications to your Personal Email Address about alumni events, discounts, and more. (You may opt out of these emails at any time.)
Note: Baker College only communicates with current students and employees using their official Baker College email address. Your Personal Email address will be used for communication once you are no longer a Baker student or employee.

Changes to your Legal Gender will need to be submitted as a ticket by using the Submit Student Legal Update Request button. Changes to Legal Gender require that supporting documentation be attached to the ticket.

Once you have completed the form, you will see a confirmation message. You can then click the link to be taken back to the My Personal Information page, or just wait a few seconds and you will be automatically redirected to the page.
