 MyBaker My Personal Information Page

MyBaker users will now be able to update their contact information and gender identity from the My Personal Information page (login required).

This page can also be accessed from the Student, Employee, Faculty, or Alumni mega menu by navigating to Information Technology tab on the left, then clicking Personal Information on the right.

The gray Personal Information box on the left displays the data we have on file for you in our database.  If any of this information is incorrect, you can easily update it by using the appropriate form on the right.

Changes to Campus/Display NameLegal Name, or Legal Gender need to be submitted as a ticket by using either the Student Form or Employee Form button.  Changes to Legal Name or Legal Gender require that supporting documentation attached to the ticket.

NOTE:  If you are a Baker employee, be sure to use the Employee form to ensure that your ADP account is updated correctly.

Contact Information Forms 

Each of the contact information forms has a required Baker Employee Information section.  This is so that updated employee contact information can be forwarded to HR, to make the appropriate updates in ADP.

If you are not employed by Baker College, please click the No button.  Then click the Update Student Information button.

The “Are you a Baker Employee” question found on all contact information forms displays, showing the “No” option selected.

 

If you are a Baker College employee, click the Yes button, even if you are also a Baker student.  You will then need to indicate which type of Baker Employee you are, Faculty, Staff, or Work Study.  Once you have made your selection, click the Update Employee Information button.  Your updated contact information will then be forwarded to HR.

Address and Primary Phone Update

Your First Name and Last Name are automatically pulled into the form and they are read-only.  You have the option to change your Legal / Home / Permanent Address Information and/or your Primary Phone Information on this form.  If your Primary Phone is also your Cell Phone, you will also need to update your Cell Phone record using the Cell Phone Update Form.  (You must be logged into MyBaker to complete the form.)

To back out of the form without making any changes, click the Cancel button at the bottom.

The Address and Primary Phone Update Form is displayed.

 

Once you have completed the form, you will see a confirmation message.  You can then click the link to be taken back to the My Personal Information page, or just wait a few seconds and you will be automatically redirected to the page.

A confirmation message displays with a link back to the My Personal Information page.

 

Once you are back on the My Personal Information page, you will see the updates just completed.

The My Personal Information section is displaying with the changes made to Address and Primary Phone circled.

Cell Phone Update

Your First Name and Last Name are automatically pulled into the form and they are read-only.  Enter your phone information in the Cell Phone Information section.  Indicate whether you are a Baker Employee or Student.  Click the appropriate Update button to submit the form.

To back out of the form without making any changes, click the Cancel button at the bottom.

The Cell Phone Update Form is displayed.

 

Once you have completed the form, you will see a confirmation message.  You can then click the link to be taken back to the My Personal Information page, or just wait a few seconds and you will be automatically redirected to the page.

A confirmation message displays with a link back to the My Personal Information page.

 

Once you are back on the My Personal Information page, you will see the updates just completed.

Home Phone Update

Your First Name and Last Name are automatically pulled into the form and they are read-only.  Enter your phone information in the Home Phone Information section.  Indicate whether you are a Baker Employee or Student.  Click the appropriate Update button to submit the form.

The Home Phone Update Form is displayed.

 

Once you have completed the form, you will see a confirmation message.  You can then click the link to be taken back to the My Personal Information page, or just wait a few seconds and you will be automatically redirected to the page.

Personal Email Address Update

Providing a Personal Email Address allows Baker College to continue to communicate with you when you are no longer a current student or employee. 

Upon clearance for graduation, you will automatically become a member of the Baker College Alumni Community (BCAC) and receive communications to your Personal Email Address about alumni events, discounts, and more.  (You may opt out of these emails at any time.)   

Note:  Baker College only communicates with current students and employees using their official Baker College email address.  Your Personal Email address will be used for communication once you are no longer a Baker student or employee.

Your First Name and Last Name are automatically pulled into the form and they are read-only.  Enter your Personal Email Address in the Email Information section.  Indicate whether you are a Baker Employee or Student.  Click the appropriate Update button to submit the form.

To back out of the form without making any changes, click the Cancel button at the bottom.

Gender Identity Form

Your First Name and Last Name are automatically pulled into the form and they are read-only.  You have the option to change your Gender Identity and/or Personal Pronouns on this form.  If you need to make changes to your Legal Gender, you will need to submit a Personal Information services request, and attach the appropriate documentation as proof of the legal change.

To back out of the form without making any changes, click the Cancel button at the bottom.

Once you have completed the form, you will see a confirmation message.  You can then click the link to be taken back to the My Personal Information page, or just wait a few seconds and you will be automatically redirected to the page.
