How do I view and submit financial aid documents?

This article provides instructions on how a student can view and submit documents that are being requested by financial aid.

Body

You can view and submit requested financial aid documents through the Student Financial Aid portal.

  • Log in to your Student Financial Aid Portal and select the red box labeled: 'Documents Requiring Attention' to obtain a list of the items we are requesting.
  • Download any required documents, review and complete.
  • Upload all of the requested information via the 'Upload' button on your Student Financial Aid Portal.

Pop up window that appears when documents are requested.

  1. Missing Documents - click the words 'Missing Documents' in yellow to display a list of the information needed for your financial aid to be processed.

  2. Click the name of the document to view additional information about the missing document.

  3. After clicking the name of the document a separate pop up box will appear listing additional instructions or to access form that you will print, complete and return.  Click the hyperlink within the text to view the document being requested (if applicable).

  4. Upload - the upload feature allows you to upload a copy of your document. 

    1. In addition to the Upload option, requested information can also be sent to Financial Aid by utilizing one of the following options (postal mail, fax).  Be sure to write your name and student ID number on all documents before submitting. Note: Financial aid documents will be accepted via email, but it is the responsibility of the sender to secure any personally identifiable information (such as social security numbers) when using this method.

  5. Documents on File - click on the words 'Documents on File' in green to display current documents the financial aid office has received. The document being on file does not mean that your financial aid process is complete; continue to monitor your email and portal for updated statuses.
