For additional assistance on the student portal students can access the help feature.  Follow the steps below to access the help feature.

Viewing Student Portal Help

Select the Help menu from the left menu bar or from the icon on the bottom right-hand corner of the screen.

Review the information displayed on the help window to determine the contact information for your question.

Scroll to the bottom of the help window for a chat feature for international payments and links to knowledge base articles.
