Setting Up Recovery Methods for Self-Service Password Reset

First time recovery option setup
We are making it easier than ever for you to recovery your password if you ever forget it. 
If immediate action is required for your password recovery methods you will be prompted for "More information".

To begin and provide recovery methods click "Next" on the "More information required" screen.

Enter your phone number that you will use for your primary method for password reset, and follow the prompts to verify that the phone belongs to you with a text message or a phone call.

There is a headin that says Phone. You can prove who you are by answering a call on your phone or texting a code to your phone. What phone number would you like to use? Enter phone Number. Two options are presented. Text me a code and Call me. Message and data rates may apply. Choosing next means you agree to the Terms of service and Privacy and cookie statement. There is a next button at the bottom.

After you have added this phone reset method, It is highly recommended to add a secondary option such as a personal email address (as shown below).

Adding or modifying recovery options

In the future you can always visit the Security info page to update or add other recovery methods. Click on "Change" or "Delete" to manage existing recovery methods. To add a new setting click the "+ Add sign-in method" button (as show below).

Choose an option from the list below to add a new method. Note: only Email and Phones can be used to reset passwords.
