St. Francis Law Student Portal

Your My St. Francis student portal has a new look and feel!

This article will help you in navigating the new site, and get confortable with the new format.

To access your student information system portal, go to My St. Francis Law and Sign In using your Baker College user name and password.

If you have forgotten your password, and you have previously set up your recovery method, you can click the Reset Password button to set a new password.

Welcome to My St. Francis.  Let's get started.  Click the Sign In button in the middle of the page to log into your My St. Francis account.  At the top of each page you will also find links to Canvas, Baker Mail, Get Help, and Zoom.

 

Once you've logged in, you will be taken to your student home page.  From here, you will be able to access your User Account information, as well as your Transcript Request Form.

Click the Quick Navigation for a menu of items, including Sign into Canvas, View Catalog, Read Disclosure of Consumer Information, Go to Student Academic Information, View Balance or Make a Payment, View Career Resources, or View Information Technology Assistance.  You can also click a button to find user account information, or click a button to request a transcript.

 

You will also be able to access St. Francis Law Student Knowledge Base articles and Services on our Self-Service Portal.  You will also be able to quickly get to Canvas.  The home page also provides a number of useful links, including your Program Catalog, Class Schedule, and BakerMail.

For access to the St. Francis Law Student Knowledge Base articles and Services, click on the Self-Service Portal button.  You can quickly get to Canvas by clicking the Login to Canvas button.  The home page also provides a number of useful links, including your Program Catalog, Class Schedule, and BakerMail.

 

The footer on every page will provide easy access to the Disclosure of Consumer Information, Policies and Procedures, and Privacy Policy, as well as St. Francis School of Law contact information, and social media links.

The My St. Francis School of Law website footer contains the site logo; links to the Disclosure of Consumer Information, and Privacy Policy; Connect With Us information containing the school's address, phone, and email.  The site's copyright information is also in the footer and includes copyright 2022 St. Francis School of Law, a Division of Baker College, All Rights Reserved.

 

The home page also provides a Quick Navigation to the content you may need most often.  Mousing over the Quick Navigation box will display a list of options to select.  Clicking the link will take you to the appropriate page.

The Student Academic Information page is designed to organize all your academic content in one location.

The My St. Francis School of Law Student Academic Information page contains information about the Student Services Coordinator, links to a variety of Academic Resources, information about Clery Act Requirements, a button to Go to Canvas, links to Course Schedule documents, and the St. Francis School of Law academic calendar.

 

From the Student Billing page, to View Balance or Make a Payment, you will be able to make a payment on your account, as well as access Additional Payment Information, such as Important Dates and other Student Billing information.

The My St. Francis School of Law Student Billing page contains a Quick Navigation menu, to help you find what you would like to do today.  The page also provides a Make a Payment button to access your account, as well as Additional Student Billing Information with links to Knowledge Base articles including Payment Plans, Important Dates and Informaton, Tuition and Fees, Tuition Payment Methods, and Class Withdrawal and Refund Policies. The page also contains Contact Us information including an email address, phone number, and phone support hours.

 

The Information Technology page will provide you a variety of options for assistance, including some Helpful Links.

The My St. Francis School of Law Information Technology page contains a Quick Navigation menu, to help you find what you would like to do today.  The page also provides a Get Help button to get to our Self-Service Portal to submit a support ticket or search knowledge base articles.  There are also Helpful links on the page, including Change My Password, St. Francis Law Student Portal Information, St. Francis Frequently Asked Questions, Canvas Resources, and Email & Google Apps.

 

The Quick Navigation on the Information Technology page can help you locate information about your User Account, such as your User ID Number (UIN), user name, and Library Number.  You can also also find ways to protect your user experience with helpful articles on the Cyber Security page.  The Get Help link will take you to the St. Francis Law Students Knowledge Base articles on our Self-Service Portal.

The My St. Francis School of Law Information Technology Quick Navigation on the Information Technology page contains the following menu items: IT Support, User Account Information, Cyber Security, and Get Help.

 

The Quick Navigation on the Information Technology page will also help you find IT Support, including contact information and hours.  System Availablity displays the current status of Baker College applications.  It is a good practice to check here first if you are experiencing an outage or issue on the website, to see if an issue has already been identified.  Any system maintenance that may affect our user is documented in the System Maintenance Calender on this page.  Both the System Availability and System Maintenace Caledar are also located on the System Availability tab of our Self-Service Portal, for those times when the student portal may be offline.

The My St. Francis School of Law Information Technology IT Support page displays contact information, including email, phone, and hours of operations.  The page also contains a Check Systems Availabilty button for viewing information about system, application, and website outages.
