Student Club Online Payments and Donations

Student clubs can collect payments online. The Student Club online payment site provides a secure and convenient method for students, alumni, parents, and supporters to contribute funds toward a club through a club donation or for student members to pay for scheduled club activities.

This article guides you through how to make an online payment for club activities or to make a donation to help support a student club.

Processing a Student Club Activities Payment

Ready to make the payment for your scheduled club activity? Head to the Student Club online payment platform on your mobile or desktop device and submit your payment.

Add items to your cart
- On the site, select Student Club Activities, on the next page, enter the total amount you are paying, your student ID number, and the name of the club activity, then click Add to Cart.
When you’re ready, click Checkout
- After you’ve added each club activity you need to pay for, click Checkout.
- If you also wish to make a club donation, follow the instructions for Making a Student Club Donation, noted below
Review and Continue
- Look over your selections. You can edit the amount, remove selected items, or if all selections are accurate, click Continue.
Enter your information
- Fill in the name of the club hosting the activity, your demographic/contact information, and click Continue.
Choose how you want to pay
- Select your payment method, enter your payment details, agree to the terms and conditions, and click Continue.
Review and submit
- Look over your selections and payment details. When everything looks correct, click Pay to finish.

After your payment is successfully processed, a receipt will be emailed to you. Please keep a copy for your records.

Making a Student Club Donation

Are you wanting to show your support to a student club? Visit to the Student Club online payment platform on your mobile or desktop device to make a donation today.

Add items to your cart
- On the site, select Student Club Donations, on the next page, enter the total amount of your contribution, and click Add to Cart.
When you’re ready, click Checkout
- On the next page, click Checkout.
- If you also wish to pay for a club activity, follow the instructions for Processing a Student Club Activities Payment, noted above
Review and Continue
- Look over your selections. You can edit the amount, remove selected items, or if all selections are accurate, click Continue.
Enter your information
- Fill in the name of the club you are supporting with your donation, your demographic/contact information, and click Continue.
Choose how you want to pay
- Select your payment method, enter your payment details, agree to the terms and conditions, and click Continue.
Review and submit
- Look over your selections and payment details. When everything looks correct, click Pay to finish.

After your payment is successfully processed, a receipt, including a donation acceptance statement, will be emailed to you. Please keep a copy for your records.
