Replacement Diploma Order Online Payments

If your diploma has been lost, damaged, or you need additional copies, you can order a replacement on MyBaker through the Transcript Information page. There are two options for a replacement diploma:
 
  • Hard Copy of Diploma
    • A mailed physical copy of the diploma. 
    • $35.00 per copy
  • Electronic Legacy Diploma 
    • Electronic copy of a legacy diploma for graduates in Fall 2018 and prior
    • $50.00 per copy

Processing a Replacement Diploma Payment

Ready to make the payment for your replacement diploma order? Head to the Replacement Diploma Orders online payment site on your mobile or desktop device and submit your payment.
 
  • Add items to your cart
    • On the site, select which replacement diploma option fits your needs, enter the quantity for your order, and click Add to Cart.
  • When you’re ready, click Checkout
    • After you’ve added each diploma order you wish to place, click Checkout.
  • Review and Continue
    • Look over your selections. You can edit the quantity, remove selected items, or if all selections are accurate, click Continue.
  • Enter your information
    • Fill in your demographic/contact information and click Continue.
  • Choose how you want to pay
    • Select your payment method, enter your payment details, agree to the terms and conditions, and click Continue.
  • Review and submit
    • Look over your selections and payment details. When everything looks correct, click Pay to finish.
 
After your payment is successfully processed, a receipt will be emailed to you. Please keep a copy for your records. A report of your payment is also delivered to the Office of the Registrar in order to process your replacement diploma order.
