What is PaperCut Mobility Print
PaperCut Mobility Print is a suite of software that gives Baker College students, staff, faculty the ability to print from personal mobile devices. Supported platforms include Windows, Macintosh, Chromebook, Android, and iOS/iPadOS.

1). Using a web browser, click on the link below
Install Mobility Print for Windows
2). Follow the instructions labeled "Step 1" to download and install the PaperCut Mobility Print client for Windows.
3). Run the Mobility Print installer file accepting all the the presented settings. Click "Finish" when complete.
4). Return to the Mobility Print setup web page and follow the instructions for "Step 2".
5). If your browser prompts you to open a link in PaperCut Mobility Print, accept the prompt to open the link
6). A printer called "Baker Mobility Print" should now appear in your printer list.
7). When you print your first job to Mobility Print, you will be prompted to provide your Baker College user name and password.
Congratulations. You can now print from your personal Windows device.

1). Using a web browser, click on the link below
Install Mobility Print for Macintosh.
2). Follow the instructions labeled "Step 1" to download and install the PaperCut Mobility Print client for Macintosh.
3). Open the downloaded image file and double-click on the PKG file to begin installing the Mobility Print Software.
4). Select "Continue" on the Introduction screen. Accept any agreements or prompts for permissions that are displayed. Select "Close" when finished.
5). Return to the web page for setting up PaperCut and select "Connect and get my printers under the section labeled "Step 2".
6). On the "Allow mobility-print-client" pop-up select "Allow"
7). Print a test page and select the printer named "Baker Mobility Print".
8). If prompted, provide your Baker College user name and password.
Congratulations. You can now print from your personal Macintosh.

1). Using the Chrome web browser, click on the link below
Install Mobility Print for Chromebooks
2). Follow the instructions labeled "Step 1" to go to the Chrome Web Store and install Mobility Print for Chromebooks.
3). From the Chrome Web Store select the button labeled "Add to Chrome".
4). On the 'Add "Mobility Print"?' pop-up, select "Add app".
5). Press Ctrl + P to open your printer options.
6). From the Print options panel select "Baker Mobility Print" from the destination option, or select "See more..." to find "Baker Mobility Print".
7). With "Baker Mobility Print" selected as a destination, select "Print". If prompted, provide your Baker College user name and password, then select "Sign in and print".
Congratulations. You can now print from your personal Chromebook.

1). While connected to BakerWiFI, click on the link below in a web browser on your Android device.
Install Mobility Print for Android.
2). Follow the instructions for "Step 1" to "Download or update" Mobility Print from the Google Play store.
3). From the Google Play store, select "Install" on the Mobility Print page. When complete, select "Open".
4). On the Mobility Print screen that opens, Select "Tap here and check the Mobility Print Service is on", and confirm that all print service options and notifications are enabled.
5). Return to the browser page where you selected to install Mobility Print and once again select "Install or update".
6). Print a web page from your device. This can vary between Android devices. One example is shown below. From Chrome select the 3 dot icon in the upper right of the screen to open the menu and select "Share".
7). From the list of share options, find and select "Print".
8). From the printer selection screen, ensure that "Baker Mobility Print" is the selected printer, then press on the printer icon near the upper-right of the screen.
9). Click "OK" on the "Use Mobility Print" pop-up.
10). You will receive a notification that "Your job needs authentication". Accept the notification and then enter your Baker College user name and password. Then select "Sign in and print".
Congratulations. You can now print from your personal Android device.

1). While connected to BakerWiFI, click on the link below in the Safari web browser on your iPhone/iPad.
Install Mobility Print for iPhone/iPad.
2). Follow the instructions for "Step 1" to download the Mobility Print profile
3). Select "Allow" from the warning that opens.
4). Open the Settings app on your device and select the "Profile Downloaded" option located near the top of the settings list.
5). On the "Install Profile" screen select "Install". Enter your passcode if prompted. Click "Install" again if prompted, the select "Done".
6). Return to a web browser and print a page by selecting the share icon on the bottom of the browser.
6). Select "Print" from the list of share options
7). Make sure that "Baker Mobility Print" is the chosen printer, then select "Print". Enter your Baker College user name and password if prompted.
Congratulations. You can now print from your personal iPhone/iPad.

Regardless of the platform being used, the printer to choose is named "Baker Mobility Print".
Please note that Mobility Print defaults to 1-sided, color printing. Students should choose to print in Black & White when appropriate to reduce costs to their printing allowances.
