Military Connected Student Agreement Form
We, at Baker College, want to ensure we are providing you with the most up-to-date information concerning your military status with Baker College and any benefits for which you may qualify. If you are a new student, re-entry student, or if your benefits are changing please complete the Military Connected Student Agreement Form.
The form will provide additional information concerning military transcripts, potential benefits available for educational expenses, and contact information for the Military Education Office. Upon completion of the form, a member of our Military Education Group will contact you to assist with any additional questions.
The Military Education Office is available for any future questions you have concerning your benefits with Baker College. For additional questions regarding the use of your military or VA benefits email vet2vet@baker.edu or click the "Submit a Ticket" button.
