You will be asked to provide the following information when submitting your concern or complaint:
- Preferred method of contact.
- A department (from list below)
- Academic Resource Center
- Bookstore
- Campus Safety
- Career Resource Center
- Enrollment Services
- Facilities
- Financial Aid/Financial Services
- Information Technology
- Instructor
- OneStop
- Residence Life
- Running Start
- A campus of concern.
- A description of your concern.
- What you believe to be a fair resolution to your concern.
- Whether you previously reported this concern to any Baker College representative.
All Baker College staff/faulty should refer to the Employee Handbook for information regarding complaint reporting policies.
College administrators, faculty and staff are prohibited from retaliating (including intimidating, threatening, coercing, or in any way discriminating against) any individual as a result of a complaint submission.
