What is an Alert?
Alerts are a way to notify a student's care team that they may be at risk for a variety of reasons. Issuing an alert will generate an email notification to the appropriate member of the student's care team (Academic Advisor, Career Advisor, Director of Student Affairs) and, depending on the reason for the alert, may create a case in that student's profile.
