Baker College has partnered with Student Connections to provide students with FREE assistance on Federal student loan obligations to ensure successful, and comfortable, loan repayment.
Student Connections is not a collection agency. We’ve partnered with them to assist students in understanding loan repayment commitments and in addressing any issues they may encounter with the repayment of their student loans.
A borrower advocate from Student Connections will stay in touch with Baker College loan borrowers via phone calls, letters, and/or emails to help students:

Understand loan obligations and responsibilities.

Establish an achievable and affordable repayment plan.

Find repayment options during financial hardships.

Connect with your loan servicer.
Note: When you receive a call from Student Connections, due to Federal privacy regulations, be aware that you will be asked to verify two pieces of personally identifiable information to ensure they are speaking with the correct person.

Loan borrowers can find out who their loan servicer is by logging in to StudentAid.gov, click the find the “My Aid” section, and select “View loan servicer details.”
