Why Choose Direct Deposit?
Direct deposit is the fastest and most convenient way to receive your refund. Students are encouraged to enroll whenever possible to avoid mailing delays.
Enrolling in Direct Deposit (ACH)
You can enroll in direct deposit (ACH) for your student excess aid refunds online through the Student Billing Portal:
Baker College Students:
You will be redirected to the student billing portal
St. Francis School of Law Students:
You will be redirected to the student billing portal
Once logged into the Student Billing Portal:
- Click the Sign Up button within the Sign up for direct deposit refunds window

The direct deposit refunds window pops up on the right hand side of the screen. Complete step 1 of 3: Agreement.

Click the, I agree, check box in order to agree to the terms and conditions for direct deposit

Enter your Student ID number in the text box

Click Continue

The next window for enrollment in direct deposit refunds is step 2 of 3: Bank account information.

Select the Account type: Checking or Savings

Enter the Routing transit number

Enter the Bank account number

Confirm the bank account number by re-entering the bank account number

Save your direct deposit bank details by giving it a Bank account nickname

Click Continue
The final window for enrollment in direct deposit refunds is step 3 of 3: Review.

Review all Bank account details for accuracy

Click the Change link if you need to make edits to the bank account details prior to completing your enrollment

Once all bank account details are accurate, click Complete
Upon completion of your enrollment in direct deposit a window to enter a verification code appears.
Editing Direct Deposit (ACH) Enrollment
You can view and edit your direct deposit bank information through the My Account window within the Student Billing Portal.

Click My Account from the left side navigation pane

Review your saved Payment methods

Review or edit your Direct deposit refunds: eRefund enrolled bank information

- Click the Change link if you wish to change the bank account that is enrolled in direct deposit for refunds

- Click the pencil icon next to the Bank account currently enrolled in direct deposit to make edits to the bank details
